The project was referred to Kunzite Company in 2022 and includes the construction of a heavy water drainage network for the residential complex, with a main axis line and pipes with a diameter of 700 mm, including pouring all inspection points along the axis and connecting them to the central processing unit. Since the land on which it is built is agricultural, the work required the extraction of all groundwater from the soil for a period exceeding 40 days for drying purposes, using modern methods to expedite the work pace later on. The contract also includes extending the rainwater and wastewater network and connecting it to the residential units, totaling 100 residential houses in the complex, through multiple transmission lines in the main streets of the complex, using high-quality pipes to ensure quality in execution.
